Let’s Fill Your Cup

When you spend your life focused on meeting the needs of everyone else, it is easy to forget to pour into your own cup.

In therapy with me, you will find a judgment-free space to put down the weight of perfectionism, get out of your head, and step back into your life. Having lived through the toll of ‘survival mode’ myself, I’m here to help you manage anxiety, heal from the inside out, and finally replenish yourself. You’ve been pouring from an empty cup for long enough. Let’s change that.

Growing up, I lived in a constant state of survival mode. This chronic anxiety eventually manifested as debilitating physical pain that began in my teens and gradually took over my life. On the outside, I looked like I had it all together; on the inside, I was falling apart.

Through years of professional training and personal healing, I discovered that our deepest struggles don’t just have to be things we “get through.” They can be the very things that build our resilience. My own journey transformed me into the compassionate, dedicated therapist I am today, and I would be honored to help you move from simply surviving to building a life that feels truly your own.

I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults who feel lost in anxiety or burdened by the pressure to always be the “strong one.” In our work together, I integrate Humanistic values to build trust, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to foster mindfulness and purpose, and EMDR to process the roots of trauma and survival mode.
